Based in a fictional land, Tealita combines good old fashioned Medieval Fantasy with a dash of war, a serving of betrayal and trickery, and lashings of suspicion. Four guilds are separated by their very different beliefs and abilities, and continuously challenge each other; outside the guilds roam unsavoury sorts, from the Ricolan crime families, to the port-based mob, to that drunkard you scrapped with last week. Times are hard, my friend. You better think long and hard about who you want to stand alongside; gone are the days when allies were true. We're in an era of turmoil and betrayal, and on your head be it if you forget that. We're currently in the process of breaking and fixing several .mods. If the banner doesn't appear / the layout of this box messes up / anything else goes squiffy, then feel free to shout at us (: |

Aerian Mountains
One of the coldest parts of Tealita, these snow capped mountains play host to a Bandit lair, deep within their caverns. There are many passes through the mountain, most running under in deep gorges, but some stretch between the mountains. These passes must be walked in complete silence, for even a murmur could bring down an avalanche. Rumour states that there is no end to the tallest mountain, whose peak reaches into the clouds, but that it is home to the gods instead. Few who climb it live to tell the tale; none so far have ever reached the peak. Subforums: The Cave, Pass of Silence, Pax's Peace |

Lunthar
Nestled at the base of the mountains is a small town who claim their knowledge about Aeria cannot be rivalled by anyone. They are the oldest known settlement in Aeria. The town makes a roaring trade out of tourism, and are happy to serve travellers, providing guides up the mountains, or a tavern for the weary to rest. |

Alpine Forest
An evergreen forest surrounds the base of the western mountains, cousin to the woods in Fadria. Predominately pine trees, the forest is dark and foreboding; it is rumoured that bears and wolves make their homes within the tall trees. Subforums: Frozen Lake, The Old Temple |

Quayside
Nestled into the Aerian coastside is a moderately sized quay. Trade routes sail between Lithka and back, and down to the Fadrian port. There isn't such a dominating black market present, unlike its sister docks. It is also the safest place to moor your boat, if you can afford it, and fine spices and silks are regularly exported for the likes of Fadrian vegetables, meat and wood. |

Valley of a Single Pass
This valley is aptly named, for there is only one entrance in which has been skillfully hidden by the Rangers. The amazing greenery is a stark contrast to most of the higher passes which are always filled with snowfall. At the end of this lush hidden valley lies an encampment of Rangers bordered on the edge of a wide lake. There is a small island within the lake, where a single white tree grows; this tree is considered a sign from the Goddess Eortha that life will always flourish in the valley. Subforum: Ka'sai Camp |

Castle Vanrhi
This castle poses as a Headquarters for the Warriors, set on the mountainside of the Aerian range. A haven for Warriors seeking rest or company, it's also where the the higher ranking Warriors conduct most of their business from. It's is protected from the severe weather by the cliffs that form the back wall to its grounds and is a heavily fortified demonstration of defence; in recent times, it hasn't had much cause to be used as any kind of fort. |

Peaked Temple
This is the home to the Magi Guild members who have a colder element; fire Magi barely stray here. The temple is set into a dip cut into the side of the mountain, and is designed in a traditional pagoda style, with wooden structures rising up to seven levels. Only those of extreme importance can climb to the very top of the temple. |

Fadrian Forest
Towering trees revel in the usually glorious sunlight, their canopy casting a soft green hue over the forest floor. Many of these trees have stood since the days before the war, and even before the Guilds were formed. Many are fearful to enter the forest, for there are many tales surrounding it, but so long as you respect this majestic land, no harm will come of you. Bazaar
Home to the mystic stalls of far away lands, this bazaar offers spices and incense, rugs and carpets, cloth and jewellery, but never weapons. Weapons, armour or other devices of battle have been banned from the bazaar, following the start of the war. Caught carrying a weapon, and suffer a hefty fine or imprisonment. It's near the Farai and is supplied from a steady stream of trading boats and caravans which trundle through. Subforum: The Cells |

Beach of One Thousand Wonders
So called because of the sparkling gem-like stones that can be found in multitude here, the Beach of One Thousand Wonders is just on the outskirts of Fadria. A small fishing village nestles just around the bay, making a living from the abundance of fish that skim through the waters. Very occassionally, it is said that Sirens can be seen singing on the rocks surrounding the beach, making the shimmering waters come alive -- but most people just come to enjoy the sunsets or the idyllic views. It's considered very romantic. Subforum: Lighthouse |

Port
This is the main port on Tealita, offering trade and commercial routes to Lithka. A bustling market place surrounds the port, where trade is booming: no place to go for a headache, as calls of "Freshly caught fish!" and "Finest pedigree horses in the land" echo around the open arena. Beware the rogues that dwell on innocent, honest people; whilst they may not be Thieves as such, they would more than happily cut the stings of your heavily laden purse to... relieve you of your burden. The Lithe Dragon
A tavern most frequently haunted by Thieves, The Lithe Dragon plays a host their Headquarters, tucked away in the back rooms. So long as you haven't fallen foul of any Thieves, you like to spend your evenings here; from brawling men to staggering drunks, this tavern has all you'd ever want for a loud, drunken night out. |

Golden Sword Training Centre
A once magnificent building, the Golden Sword acts as a training ground for Warriors, with a large expanse of grounds. Though it may look a little worse for the wear on the outside, its bowels are a marvellous sight, with courtyards, stables and countless training rooms, with annexes for rest and recuperation. |

Temple of Eternity
A magnificent pagoda, made from ebony, mahogany and white marble, this temple is dedicated to the patron God of Tealita. The finely carved pillars, walls and ceiling show the reverence for this God in this land. The temple is a famous landmark and also the Headquarters of the Magi in Fadria. |

Desert of a Thousand Souls
The desert of Tealita is nicknamed so for the lives it has claimed over the years. Ruled by the harsh, nomadic tribes, it is not a place one would venture in their right mind. Stretching on for legions in every direction, it brings an end to Nadira - if this desert even has a end. Bordering the edges of the plain, it turns cruel scrubland into a barbaric waste. |

Santhros
A small village towards the edge of the Nadira plain, this place gets very little contact, mortal or otherwise. This makes it very difficult for it to trade and support itself, but Santhros gets along, even though the people are rather narrow-minded and nearly all human. |

Marketplace
Traders flock to this part of the desert to barter with the commoners, selling their goods to pay for the necessities in life. Perhaps the most used areas of the city, this place is where the Guilds have a kind of unspoken peace every week when market day occurs, to allow goods to be traded. |

Oasis of Nasiri
The Nasi were an ancient tribe, and they fought with the Nadi over who were to claim the plains, which were back then all there was. The Nadi won, and so created Nadira; but out in the plains that have not been cultivated lies an oasis, the last place the Nasi ever stayed. It is rumoured that they built the secret encampment that the Rangers now use. Subforum: Sinking Sands |

Herbuton Manor
This grand manor serves more as training grounds for young Magi, rather than a hideout. Inside Herbuton are entry tests, and promotion exams. There is a small but elaborate temple set in the manor, where the Magi can pray to their deities. A graveyard and a grotto is set in the grounds of the manor. |

Golden Palace
Once the King of Nadira's home, this palace has fallen along with its owner. The once magnificent windows have either been stolen or smashed, leaving an empty shell of a building behind. All of the splendour that once gilded its belly is long gone. Various travellers used to take refuge here, but when the Thieves Guild began to dominate, it took the palace for its desert headquarters, and for a place to house long term recruits. Unless you are incredibly foolhardy, you'd do well to steer clear of the now shady building. Subforum: Stone Garden |

The Ruined Sword
A slightly ironic name for the headquarters for the running of the Warriors Guild in this city, the Ruined Sword is disguised as a simple tavern. Behind the pub is a large training ground, and the monument of architechture that is a fortress concealed mostly underground, where most of the Guild business is conducted. |

Samara
On the tropical island of Lithka, Samara is the main city. A centre of trading, it's essentially a port town, complete with busy harbours, welcoming taverns, rough sea-faring men, and authentic shipyards. Since Lithka makes its living through trade, it's not surprising how well Samara has florished. Most goods and produce pass through this city, so there's plenty of work for the inhabitants, and plenty of opportunities buy and sell through the chatter and bustle of everyday life. |

Ricola
The haven of pirates and smugglers, this surprisingly large town is the centre of almost all illegal trade in Lithka. Black market goods are shipped to various places in Tealita from this point, and you can pick up almost anything here, from cocoa to slaves to fine cloth and back again--provided you have contacts. However, the entire town is something under the authority of a pair of Shifters from the Raisyk family, and they don't take kindly to Guildmembers sniffing about their business. If you want your head sent home in a box (or worse), you'll stick around. |

The Rainforest
A dense and tropical forest resides on this island, filled with brightly coloured birds and odd creatures that scale the trees with ease. There are a collection of villages scattered through the trees, with inhabitants living in what would be considered very base and primitive ways compared with those on mainland Tealita. It rains almost every day at much the same time, more so in monsoon season. Be wary for predators lurk here as much as prey. Subforum: The Swamp |

The Beach
Lithka encompasses several wonderful sandy beaches, complete with sparkling clear blue ocean and white sand. Palm trees sway in the warm breeze and all in all a peaceful holiday atmosphere reigns in most of these areas. Some, however, have a slightly more sinister twist. On the north-western side of the island, in the caves near the cliffs on many beaches, lie smuggler's hideouts and makeshift warehouses. Subforum: Smugglers Cove |
